Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

The novel coronavirus or COVID-19 is impacting our lives and families in dramatic ways, changing dynamically from day to day. As a family business, Jay Brokers is committed to providing top-rated service to our customers while following the guidance of global health experts such as the U.S. Center for Disease Control (CDC) to limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

Jay Brokers has a close relationship with its shipping partner, UPS, who handles all our inbound and outbound deliveries. The Department of Homeland Security has deemed UPS operations as critical infrastructure and so UPS will continue to pick up and deliver to Jay Brokers and our customers, even in restricted areas. Jay Brokers' team is following social distancing guidelines and best practices such as minimizing personal contact, keeping safe distances in our work areas, and frequently washing hands, all while continuing to follow our existing procedures for sanitizing inbound and outbound shipments containing customers' items. We have also asked our team to stay home when sick or potentially exposed to those infected with the COVID-19 virus.

At Jay Brokers we realize that many customers rely on us to raise cash to pay bills or buy food for their families, especially in times of uncertainty or financial need. As a family owned and operated business we are able to rapidly adapt to changing market conditions, including COVID-19. As long as UPS continues to operate and make deliveries, Jay Brokers plans to likewise continue to operate as normal and in accordance with government recommendations.
